Tecpel Co., Ltd. has over 20 years’ experience in the Test and Measurement market. We have set up over 50
country distributors worldwide. Some of our products have been branded by famous leaders in the market. We

We are regarded as one of the leading Taiwanese manufactures of high quality test and measurements. Our
product lines include power supplies, oscilloscopes, electronics & electrical meters and testers.
Our quality products have been accepted by some well-known international customers. The confidence we have
in our products is reflected in our one-year warranty and by our flat-rate service policy 3 through 5 years. Many of
our products get UL, TUV and /or CE approvals.
About 60% of our customers are repeat customers. We import products from Japan and carry out quality
checks. Our products are exported to Europe mainly. If customers find a fault with the product, we will replace it
with a new product within 2-3 days.

important partners in this field. As we have dealt with Alibaba from the year of 2000, we have got new
customers like Ethiopia Africa, Ecuador, South America, Vietnam South-East Asia. Sales volume from new
customers creates 20% of our total growth.
The company came to use the Internet in year 2000. Since then, we have achieved a yearly growth rate of 20-
30%. Export business was not doing well in the beginning but through the Internet, we have managed to get new
customers from new markets. Our sales turnover was about USD$100,000 in year 2000. Now, TECPEL invests
itself with much effort to broaden its marketing policy for discerning clients and attempts to far surpass others as
a forerunner in this field. In the coming future, TECPEL will provide more innovative and multi-functional meters
with more flexible order services, presenting its best production capability to international stage.

We introduce 5 – 10 new product items every year to meet customers’ demand in this changing
market. Posting new products on Alibaba.com is the most efficient and cost-effective way to introduce new
products to the right customers and markets.
We have our product showroom, contact information and Frequently Asked Questions online so that customers
can look for the information they want. Answers to questions like how to order our products and the warranty
period of our products can all be found online. Our website is so user-friendly that end-users can also order
